2 meetings by phone: Nov 2 and 9 from 7-8pm.

Supplements and meal replacements are additional and cost between $100-$400 depending on choice of products.

When considering costs keep in mind that you will be replacing 1-2 meals per day and eliminating caffeine, alcohol and processed foods so other expenses will be less.
